A hotel built around demand

The gathering place. Now, a place to stay.

The convention campus has hosted the Coast’s events for five decades. The project proposes an all-suite hotel and a climate-controlled connection to the convention halls, designed around the needs of group travelers.

An established event campus

The Commission reports more than 400,000 square feet of event space and 176,095 event room-nights generated from 2023–2025.

02

A documented lodging gap

The venue’s lost-business report identifies 23 lost events from January 2023 to March 2026, with 13 citing the lack of an attached hotel.

A purpose-built response

The proposed program combines 238 suites with meeting and pre-function space, dining and a rooftop bar.

Venue figures are reported in the September 2026 sponsor deck and Commission records; third-party data has not been independently verified.
